PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

- Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and
- When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. We acknowledge that you have the right to access, rectify or erase your Personal Information, the right to restrict processing of your Personal Information, the right to data portability or other rights provided under the law of each applicable jurisdiction. You also have a right to revoke your consent, or to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in your jurisdiction. We will comply with any such request in full accordance with the laws and regulations of such jurisdiction.

TRANSFER OF PERSONAL INFORMATION OUTSIDE THE EEA
Please note that your Personal Information may be transferred outside European Economic Area (“EEA”), including to Canada and the United States.
Where we transfer your Personal Information outside the EEA, we will ensure that:
(a) the recipient destination has been subject to a finding from the European Commission that it ensures an adequate level of protection for the rights and freedoms that you possess in respect of your Personal Information; or
(b) the recipient enters into standard data protection clauses with us that have been approved by the European Commission.

We will retain Personal Information that we collect about you for two years after the end of our last contract with you, except to the extent that we are required by law to retain it for a longer period of time, in which case, we will retain it for the period required by law.
